Now Summer has ended, we transition into Fall and Winter, it is important to revisit your skincare maintenance and daily regimen.

- Use Sunscreen! As we move into cooler weather, it’s still very important to protect your skin from the sun. The best way to do this is by using a broad-spectrum sunscreen – or a tinted moisturizer with sunscreen – every single day.
- Stay Oily: you’ve been blessed with natural oils and protective skin secretions – don’t let strong soaps, hot baths and long showers strip these natural benefits from your skin. When you get out of the shower or bath – be soft and kind to your skin, and pat dry with a clean towel. Rubbing not only stretches the skin but it can remove these beneficial oils.
- Moisturize: Take some time and find the right product, and the right weight of moisturizer – for your skin and liking. All moisturizers are not created equal. So many men and women do not moisturize every day – either the texture and finish of the moisturizer is unsightly or uncomfortable, too heavy or ineffective. Find the right moisturizer and use it every day. Be careful too not to use a drying cleanser.. the right skincare products make all the difference.
