You can choose the schedule that fits your business:
- 20 hours per week = Half-room rental
- 40 hours per week = Full-room rental
- Optional Saturday availability for additional client demand
A select number of private treatment rooms are available for full or partial rental. All rooms are awarded on a first-come, first-qualified basis.

What is the room size and setup?
Each room varies slightly but includes a treatment bed, lighting, storage, linens, towels, and essential tools. All rooms are set up for advanced facial and aesthetic services.
Do I have to purchase my own back bar or equipment?
No. Medical-grade back bar is included, and Eleven Wellness manages product ordering and replenishment. Device access is included with proper training and approval.
Can I bring my own skincare line or tools?
Yes. You can use your preferred products as long as they align with state regulations and meet health and safety standards.
How does scheduling work?
Our front desk team can handle scheduling, check-in, and checkout, or you can manage your own bookings if you prefer. Most aestheticians use a hybrid of both.
Do I need to bring my own clients?
You should have an existing or growing client base. Eleven Wellness will feature you in email newsletters, social media, and in-studio highlights, which helps with visibility.
How long is the rental commitment?
Commitment length may vary depending on room availability and schedule type. Details are reviewed during your application.
What about retail product sales?
Eleven Wellness manages all retail inventory. If your clients purchase retail, you receive an 18% commission on those sales.
Can I work part-time?
Yes. Some rooms are available for part-time or shared rental, depending on scheduling needs.
What services am I allowed to offer?
You may offer any service allowed under your Texas license and insurance. Device-based services require training verification.
Is this similar to a salon suite?
No. This is a medical-grade, fully supported environment with equipment, back bar, and operational services included. Salon suites typically provide only empty rooms.
